Abuse or exploit the platform

You retain ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant LundocAI a limited license to:

Process and generate videos
Store and display content as part of the service

3. AI-Generated Content

Generated videos are based on AI processes.

We do not guarantee:

Specific visual outcomes
Commercial performance (e.g., sales results)

4. Payments & Credits

Services may be purchased via subscription or credits
Credits are non-refundable unless required by law
Pricing may vary between web and mobile platforms

5. Apple In-App Purchases

If you purchase through Apple:

Payments are handled by Apple
Refunds must be requested through Apple
Apple's terms also apply

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login secure
All activity under your account

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

Terms are violated
Abuse or fraud is detected

8. Limitation of Liability

LundocAI is provided "as is".

We are not liable for:

Loss of data
Business losses
Indirect damages

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and templates belong to LundocAI.

You may not copy or resell the platform.
